What is the matter?
Some functionality on a web page does not work. This is often due to security settings on your computer.
Before you do anything with these settings you need to know the following general information on security settings in Internet Explorer:

To see in which zone a Web Site runs, click: (in Internet Explorer): tools > Internet Options > Security (you will see the picture below).
Most Web Sites are in the 'Internet Zone', unless they are specifically placed in the 'Trusted sites' zone, or 'Restricted sites' zone.
